Get Low

This drill is awesome for a few reasons.  First, it provides an aspect of resistance training where the athlete experiences a good leg workout.  Second, it forces the shooter into an aggressive shooting position.  Too often we see players practicing their shots while standing in a very non-athletic position.  This drill forces the athlete into an aggressive stance, which leads to more power and better translates to a game condition.
